We start with what is actually happening

Before anything changes, we look at when the habit shows up, what comes right before it, and what it gets you. Two people skipping the same workout are usually solving two different problems, and they need two different plans.

You already know what to do.
That was never the problem.

The distance between knowing and doing is not a discipline gap. It is a design gap. Behaviorally Fit uses applied behavior analysis to change the conditions around a habit, so that on an ordinary Tuesday, the thing you meant to do takes less effort than the thing you keep doing instead.

Then we change the conditions, not your character

Motivation is real and it is unreliable, and everybody’s runs out. So we work on what is in reach, what is visible, how many steps stand between you and the thing, and what happens immediately after you do it. Repetition takes care of the rest.

And we build it for the bad week.

A plan that only works when life is calm isn't much of a plan. We build a version that can survive busy weeks, low-energy days, and real life—without making you start over.

Sometimes the habit isn't the problem. It's what the habit is competing with.

You can know exactly what you want to do and still struggle to follow through when you're also the person noticing, remembering, planning, deciding, and following up on everything else.

Behaviorally Fit looks at the conditions around your behavior—not just the behavior itself.

Sometimes making your own health easier starts with figuring out what else you're carrying.
